1. Check you’re eligible
Download the Awards for Excellence Kit and review the criteria for your category.

2. Create your account
Set up your login via the Awards portal at reinsw.awardsplatform.com. You’ll receive a confirmation email - keep your details secure.

3. Prepare your submission
Draft your answers offline, following the criteria in order. Then copy and paste them into the portal.

You can upload supporting material as a PDF, but your answers must be entered directly into the system.

4. Upload your assets and submit
Complete your entry in the portal and upload your image:

• Agency categories: 300 dpi colour logo (EPS preferred)
• Individual categories: 300 dpi head-and-shoulders photo (JPEG preferred)

For joint submissions, each entrant must create their own login and upload the same submission (only available in selected categories).

5. Submit before the deadline

• Auctioneers: Monday, 30 March 2026, 5:00 pm
• All categories: Friday, 24 April 2026, 5:00 pm

You can edit your entry up until the deadline. Late or hard-copy submissions won’t be accepted.

6. Wait for results
Finalists will be announced Tuesday, 30 June 2026.
